Travel Ambassador

Americas | Full-time | Allows remote


This is a full-time position with working hours during Eastern or Pacific Time hours. 

Be the first person travelers talk with when they call or live chat BootsnAll and AirTreks. This position is for someone with a great attitude about supporting customers and a passion for travel. Your enthusiasm and passion for helping travelers is more important than previous experience. Nevertheless, previous travel, airline or customer service experience is a plus. 

You can start immediately. You work on your own equipment from a quiet location of your choice. We’ll train you on our systems. You get to start interacting with travelers and represent the company.

REQUIREMENTS - You must meet every single requirement

  • Must have very good spoken and written English.

  • Must be available to work on weekends (to cover for colleagues' absences)
  • Must have a very good internet connection (to handle audio and video calls)

  • Must be very comfortable using multiple online services at once, like Google Apps.

  • Must be in line with our company core values.

Compensation: depending on experience
